He is survived by: his significant other Sherry; his children, Chad, Mitzy, James and John; his sisters, Darlene, Patricia and Gwen; his grandchildren, Kailea, CJ, Courtney, Sarina, Ty, Kamron and Payten; and his great grandchildren, Kimber, Kinsley, Corbin and Beau.
