She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo J. Bartel, Sr. and Marion Bartel (Allen); her husband Robert Moncelle; and her siblings, Leo J. Bartel, Jr. and Mary A. Real.

She is survived by: her children, John Snyder and Laurie Fox; her children-in-law, Jill Snyder and Tom Fox; her grandchildren, William Snyder, Devin Snyder, Avery Fox, Alaina Reynolds, Kinsey Reynolds and Luke Froneberger; and her brother John A. Bartel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and their children.
