He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Maddox and Florence Maddox; his wife Mozelle Maddox; and his sister Sarah Wiechman. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie; his son-in-law Brian Kruse of Detroit, TX; his granddaughter Sierra (Alan Shrum) of Blossom, TX; his great grandchild Athena Rhea Shrum; his grandson Taiwa Kruse of Detroit, TX; his niece Saundra (Parker Russell) of Flower Mound, TX; and his nephew Ronny (Shelia Callaway) of Flower Mound, TX. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Novice Baptist Church (13796 FM195, Paris, TX 75462). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at the Fort Towson Cemetery.
