She is survived by: her mother JoAnn Parrish Dyer; her husband Patrick Baur of Bonham, Texas; her children, Quinn Nguyen (Anna) of Corinth, Keith Nguyen (Sarah) of Hurst, Farrell Nguyen (DeNiya) of Philadelphia, Kenneth Belling, Mickie Wagner (Steven) of Denton, Kelsey Nguyen of Lewisville, Kathie Parsons of Salem and Shelly Clothier; her sisters, Debbi Franks (Kirk) of Nevada and Sherry Dillehay of Melissa, Texas; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Logan, Austin, Kaylie, Addie, Olivia, Eisley, Ellie, Piper, Everly, Presley and Ethan.
