He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Manley; his children, Rhonda Howery (Kenneth) of Fort Worth, Patricia Wolford (Billy) of Williamsport, TN, Stephanie Hobbs of Bonham, Pam Bruner (Tim) of Ravenna, Vickie Rains of Sherman and Lisa Bowen of Bonham; his grandchildren, Gary Howery of Ft. Worth, Tommy Manley (Nikki) of Bonham, Randy Paxton of Williamsport Tn, Colby Helvey of Sherman, Ariel Hardy of Howe Tx, Khristian Loe of Savoy Tx, Candace Conrad of Biloxi Ms, Kayla Paxton of Williamsport Tn, Heather Conrad of Bonham Tx and Baylee Rains of Sherman; and his brothers, Steve Manley of Snyder, TX and Allen Manley of Lubbock.
