She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Madison and Dale Madison; her husband Billy Ray Orr; her daughter Suzie Lackey; and the parents of child, Preston and Dale Madison.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Ame Fritts (David) of Bonham, TX; her stepgrandchildren, Marla White (Marty) of Denison, TX and Rodney Lackey (Jeanette) of McKinney, TX; her great grandchildren, Lukas Fritts and Mackenzie Fritts; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Olivia White, Saleen White and Taryn Lackey; and her sisters, Joyce Reynolds of Savoy and Shirley Bingham (Jim) of Bonham, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
