He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wesley Hilliard and Dolores Hilliard (Lynch) of Dodd City; his brothers, Bruce Hilliard of Wy and David Hilliard (Jo) of Lamasco; his grandparents, Walter, Eunice Hilliard (Smith) of Dodd City, Béryl and Maybelle Lynch (Dettman) of Ewan; his sister Tracy Bridges of Bonham; his nieces, Chelsea Bell (Henry) of McKinney and Madalaine Watson (Ethan) of Bryan; his brother Wes Hilliard (LaVonda) of Telephone; and his nieces and nephews, Chase Hilliard (Bailie) of Broken Bow, OK, Sawyer Hilliard of Telephone, McKenzie Miller (Nathaniel) of Telephone and Jamie. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
