She is survived by: her husband Isaac Boyd Ruffner of Bonham, TX; her daughters, Jennifer Ruffner Irwin (Chris) of Sherman, TX, Julie Roberts of Bonham, TX, Sarahbeth Holman (Rob) of McKinney, TX, Swiss and Philipp Rutz (Julie) of Switzerland; her brother Gordon C. Pierce (Kathy) of Georgetown, TX; and her grandchildren, Cooper Irwin, Alekai Midthune, Jesse Midthune, Jerome Midthune, Beau Roberts, Emma Holman and Elliott Holman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
