He is survived by: his parents, Maximino Hernandez and Paulina Delgado Hernandez; his children, Martha Hernandez of El Campo, Selena Castillo (Rogelio) of El Campo, Mayra Hernandez of Houston, Maximiliano Hernandez of Houston and Carlos Tavarez of Wharton; his siblings, Juana Maria Gomez (Arthur), Cecilia Maldonaldo (Enrique), Veronica Hernandez (Juan Carlos Fajardo), Amparo Elizondo (Roberto), Miguel Hernandez (Rachael), Cresencio Hernandez (Yessenia), Marcelino Hernandez (Linda), Juan Antonio Hernandez (Reyna), Victor Hernandez (Angela), Jose Mares (Alicia) and Hector Mares (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Castillo, Vanessa Castillo, Marilyn Castillo, Elena Tavarez and Nyelie Tavarez.
