She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford L. Jones and Rubye V. Jones; and her brother Butch Jones. She is survived by: her husband Charles Jerry Swearingen; her son Jerry Len Swearingen (Jamie); her grandchildren, Lindsey Gerasimowicz (Justin) and Jeffrey Swearingen; her great grandchildren, Kailey and Cole Gerasimowicz; her sister Lorna Lacy; and her nieces and nephews, Dean Lacy (Kim), Todd Lacy (Susan), Phillip Lacy (Cynthia), Dane Jones, Jena Bridgefarmer (Matt), Debbie Pugh, Susan Camardelle, Sherre Weeks (Winfred), Tomme Doucette III, Mike Swearingen, Laura Jinkins (AJ) and Angie Klimionok. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
