She is survived by: her husband Walter W. Jakubik; her children, Gina Weidemann (Jeff) and Tim Jakubik; her granddaughters, Hope and Kaylee Weidemann; and her sisters, Carolyn Albrecht (Allan) and Darlene Oelschleger. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
