He is survived by: his wife Vivian Kulak; his children, Patti Hubenak (Russell) of Boling, Thomas Kulak (Lynn) of Boling and Charles Kulak (Kim) of Boling; his sister Katherine McLeod (Don Mack) of Iago; his grandchildren, Jonathan (Andrea) of Iago, Will (Bethany) of Sugarland, Whitney Kulak of Boling, Haley Hubenak of Boling, Heather Zamazal (Cameron) of Wharton, Allan Kulak of Boling and Cheyanne Kulak of Manvel; and his great grandchildren, Summer Ortiz, Evelynn Kulak and Logan Hubenak. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren show their animals.
