He is survived by: his father Eugene Watkins; his wife Wanda Barrett Watkins; his sisters, Sarah Watkins (Dillan Melton) and Tammy Dauzart; his children, Eva Cook, Brittany Watkins, Tara Watkins, Tiffany Voyles and Hunter Northcutt; and his pet Ozzy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, four nieces, one nephew.
