He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Russell, William David, Russell Rozell (Elizabeth) and David Rozell (Patsy); his sister Mary Elizabeth Park; his grandchildren, Morgan Rozell, Mallory Larkin (Jonathan), Jake Sheffield, Garrett Sheffield (Emily) and Cole Sheffield (Cheyenne); and his great grandchildren, Anniston, Riley Larkin and Case Sheffield.
