He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Martin Morgan and Irene Eloise Morgan (Stigall). He is survived by: his wife Janet Morgan; his son Jason Morgan; his daughter-in-law Senecia Morgan; his daughter Kimberly Moore; and his son-in-law Kevin Moore.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home (409 N Kaufman St, Mt Vernon, TX 75457). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at the Bogata Cemetery (3rd St NE, Bogata, TX 75417).
