She is survived by: her children, Mark Stephenson of Valley Village and D'Ann Anderson (Kevin) of Lindale, Texas; her grandsons, Zachary Montoya (Stormy) of Shreveport, Noah Montoya of Fayetteville and Gabriel Montoya of Tyler, Texas; her great grandchild Milo "Rafa" Montoya of Shreveport, Louisiana; her nephews, Patrick Grayson (Shareen) of Dallas and Mark Grayson (Deborah) of Richmond, Texas; her stepdaughters, Judy Loggins (Dale) of Paris and Sandra Pearsall (Ken) of El Paso, Texas; her stepgranddaughter Chelsa Anderson of Longview, Texas.; and her caregivers, Tiearra Johnson, Jesline Fradiue, Susan Leddy and Bogata.
