He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Bernice Loftin; his grandfather Tim Stricklin; and his great-grandaunt Cora Tidwell. He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Glen and Carrie Jane Duggan Loftin of Bogata; his grandparents, Cecil, Laurie Loftin of Athens, Jim, Martha Duggan of Charleston and Effie Stricklin of Cleveland, Tennessee; his brothers, Jay Loftin (Whitney McNeil) of Bogata and Timothy Loftin of Bogata; his nephew Levi Wittebort; and his aunts and uncles, Robin Landress (Eric), Jamie Duggan of Cleveland, Tennessee, Josh Stephens (Regina) of Alto, Daniel Loftin of Cleveland, Scott Duggan of Charleston and Jody Duggan (Mitzi) of Cleveland.
