We bid farewell to Martha Verlene Duffee of Bogata, Texas, born in Clarksville, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 31, 2024 at the age of 88. Martha touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Dalton Duffee; her son Jerry Wayne Lee; her grandsons, Jerry Wayne Lee Jr. and Christopher Lee; her great grandchild Braydon; and her brother Bishop.

She is survived by: her children, Ronnie (Cindy Lee) and Rebecca Lee (Wayne Ward); her grandchildren, James Lee, Jamie Lobdell, Kayla Petibon and Amanda Hearnberger; and her sister Wanda (Jesse Silvas). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wood-Haggard Funeral Homes (414 N Main St, Bogata, TX 75417). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cuthand Cemetery (511 3rd St NE, Bogata, TX 75417).
