He is survived by: his children, Deborah McKeegan of Bogata, Thomas Ray McKeegan of Mount Vernon and Daniel Wayne Barrett of Coweta; his siblings, James McKeegan, Albert McKeegan, Carol McKeegan Ailshie, Kay McKeegan Scanlon and Donna Thompson; his former wife Maybell Barrett; and his close friend Polly Luke.
