He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius L. Tobe and Cora Willie Speir; and his sister Julia Fayette Clifton. He is survived by: his sons, Randy (Kim), Danny (Tanya) and Marty (Michelle); his sisters, Patricia (Harold Dean Mathena), Lynna Calverly, Cheryl Dye and Karen Cloe; his grandchildren, Jessica, Kurt (Sabrina), Halley, Derek, Sarah and Cameron; and his great grandchildren, Ian and Wyatt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
