It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Loftin of Bogata, Texas, who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Mikel Loftin. She is survived by: her husband Cecil "Tex" Loftin of Bogata; her parents, James Duggan and Martha Duggan of Charleston, Tennessee; her sons, Jay Loftin (Whitney) of Bogata and Ben Loftin of Bogata; her sister Jamie Duggan of Cleveland, Tennessee; her grandson Levi Wittebort; her parents-in-law, Cecil Loftin (Lauri) of Athens and Effie Stricklin of Cleveland, Tennessee; her brothers, Scott Duggan of Charleston and Jody Duggan (Mitzi) of Charleston, Tennessee; and her siblings-in-law, Robin Landress (Eric) of Dawsonville, Georgia, Josh Stephens (Regina) and Daniel Loftin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
