She was predeceased by: her son Mikel Loftin. She is survived by: her husband Cecil "Tex" Loftin of Bogata; her parents, James Duggan and Martha Duggan of Charleston, Tennessee; her sons, Jay Loftin (Whitney) of Bogata and Ben Loftin of Bogata; her sister Jamie Duggan of Cleveland, Tennessee; her grandson Levi Wittebort; her parents-in-law, Cecil Loftin (Lauri) of Athens and Effie Stricklin of Cleveland, Tennessee; her brothers, Scott Duggan of Charleston and Jody Duggan (Mitzi) of Charleston, Tennessee; and her siblings-in-law, Robin Landress (Eric) of Dawsonville, Georgia, Josh Stephens (Regina) and Daniel Loftin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
