With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol English of Bogata, Texas, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Williams and Lorene Elizabeth Mays; her grandson John Andrew Castle; her great grandchild Hayden Ryan Castle; and her brother Bobby James Williams.
She is survived by: her children, John Lloyd English, Jr. (Faye) of Bogata, Jessica Castle (Jimmy) of Bogata, Lillian Watkins (Anthony) of Deport, Buddy and Misty McMikel of Paris; her grandchildren, Nikki English, John Lloyd English III, Tia English, Dakota, Tyler English, Kayla, Kaleb Carico, Amber, Brad Nevins, Aaron, Nidia Whitney, Chris, Kristen Castle, Caleb Castle, Kaitlyn, Charles Landers, Wesley Watkins, Jaxon, Jemma Castle, Trista, Bobby Spiva and Kelvin Petty; her great grandchildren, Kayden Skaggs, Daniel McDonald, Nicholas, Anna Castle, Hunter, Austin McDonald, Brilee, Messer, Rowdy John Carico, Zachary, Stefan Whitney, Addie Castle, Stella, Elizabeth, Jayden Nevins, Kyler and Bristol Landers; her pet Peanut English; and her nieces and nephews, Coletta McMikel, Helen Williams, Mack, Charles Skaggs, Annette, Joyce Tolison and Betty Williams (Bobby).
Carol was a Registered Nurse for many years and only retired because she was afraid that Covid would hurt her.
