He was predeceased by: his parents, James Louis and Lorena Elizabeth Williams (Mayes). He is survived by: his wife Betty Williams of Bogata, Texas; his children, Paula, Dewayne Decker of Powderly, Rhonda Williams of Clarksville, Lyle, Kathie Williams of Bogata, Kristy Barbour of Paris, Brian Williams of Bogata, Mallie, Lynn Hood of Paris, Rebecca, Steve Taormino of Oregon and Robert Sanders of Reno, Texas; and his siblings, Joyce Tolison of Clarksville, Annette, Charles Skaggs of Bogata, Carol, John English of Bogata, Mac, Helen Williams of Michigan and Coletta McMikel of Powderly, Texas. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
