He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Dickey and Ada Dickey (Smith); his sister Lajuan DeBarbieris; and his son Kenneth Barker. He is survived by: his wife Cornelia Ragsdill Barker (Vernell George Hale); his brother James Dickey (Sally) of Billings, MT; and his sons, Mickey Barker (Susie) of Sulphur Springs, TX and Jimmy Dickey (Pam) of Greenville, TX. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
