He was predeceased by: his father Thomas DeBerry; his siblings, Tom DeBerry, David Lee DeBerry and Mary Elizabeth Hopkins; and his nephew Charles Clifford Hopkins.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ann DeBerry (Oliver); and his nieces, Amy Carter of Kaufman, Angela DeBerry of Tyler and Rachel Martelle of McKinney, Texas..
