Kim Knowles wrote a sympathy message

“Bill was my friend. I have two of his paintings in my home. He was an artist who listened to how you felt and put it on canvas, perfectly. I’ve only known him about 4 years but in that time, I never heard an unkind word from him about anyone. He was a very sweet man. He recently helped me pick out new carpet for my home. I respected his ideas on color selection. He never met a rock he didn’t love. Frank and I will miss Bill.”
