He is survived by: his wife Billie Jo Welch; his children, Pete Feller (Racene), Bruce Feller and Wanda Parmer (Glen); his grandchildren, Ty Parmer, Chance Parmer (Kearsten), Adam Feller (Lauren), Eli Feller (Katie), Kasey Citrolo (Mike), Chelsea Gossett (Hunter) and Cadyn Feller; and his great grandchildren, Audrie, Addison, Jethro, Brooklyn, Beckett, Sterling, Tripp, Ella and Henley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and brother and sister in-laws.
