He is survived by: his wife Karla Bernhard; his children, Chance Bernhard (McKenzie) and Lauren Maytum (Tyler); his grandchildren, Brooks, Ellie Bernhard, Zane and Reid Maytum; his brothers, Robert Bernhard (Cindy), Brad Bernhard (Tammie), Myron Bernhard (DeAnn) and Corey Bernhard (Loretta); his mother-in-law Shirley Haass; and his in-laws, Marsha Haass, Sheila Schott and David Haass, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be given to the family to benefit Sid's sister-in-law, Tammie Bernhard, who is currently battling cancer.
