We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Ann Phillips of Boerne, Texas, born in Marshall, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Elizabeth West and John Woodie Ballard; her sister Martha Ballard Alexander; and her sister-in-law Audrey Ballard. She is survived by: her husband Donald D. Phillips; her children, John David Phillips (Karina Phillips) and Carla Ann Phillips; her granddaughter Samantha Jillian Phillips; her brother James Woodie Ballard; her brother-in-law Ronald Alexander; and her nieces and nephews, Cynthia Barnes Raiford, Lisa Ballard, Jimmy Ballard and Chris Ballard. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and countless other friends and family.
