We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2024, at the age of 88, Merton Fuquay (Boerne, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Steele and Goldie Fuquay. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Melissa Brite, Mel Fuquay (Denise) and Miles Fuquay (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Rachel Meyer (Jason), Austin Brite, Erin Fust, Pierce Brite, Cole Fuquay (Erin), Ryan Fuquay, Jude Fuquay, Dylan Fuquay and Jay Fuquay.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (631 S School St, Boerne, TX 78006).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to "Cure Alzheimer's Fund" Wellesley Hills, MA. Keep Merton's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
