She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Herbst (Bill) and Thekla Land Herbst; her husband Jack Curington; her brother Clifford; her sister-in-law Adeline Herbst; her siblings, Victor Herbst and Myra Whitfield Ward (J. Harry Whitfield); her close friend Jim Davies; and her great-nephew Karl Herbst.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Norene Herbst; and her nieces and nephews, Clifford W. Herbst Jr. (Karron), Charles Herbst (Randy), Rhonda Hrna (Edward) and Darla Douthit (William). She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
