With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Behr of Boerne, Texas, born in Comfort, Texas, who passed away on May 30, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Schilling and Erna Reeh Schilling; her husband Ottmar Erich Behr, Jr.; her sister Ethel Mae Evans; and her brother-in-law Harold Julius Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Jannis Rice (Greg) of Fort Worth, TX., Jeron (Jerry) and Behr (Cynthia) of Comfort, TX.; her grandchildren, Kimberly Ann Rice Roberts (Anthony) of Euless, TX, Cassandra Lynne Behr of Kyle, TX, Megan Brittany Behr Shelton (Adam) of Gulf Breeze, FL. and Gregory Charles Rice, Jr. of Bedford, TX.; her great grandchildren, Ashleigh Taylor Petrie and Christian Wayne Shelton; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Tonie Baylie Roberts Lowery and Paola Elizabeth Roberts.
