It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Keith Payne of Boerne, Texas, born in Atlanta, Texas, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Courtney Ray and Mildred Payne; his wife Susan Peters Payne; his daughters, Shannon (Larry Palmer) of Houston and Lynne Miller of Houston; and his grandchildren, Sarah (Michael Strachan) of Houston and Thomas Miller (Billy Payne) of Houston. He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
