He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert William Hennig, Sr. (Bill) and Blanche Bagneris Hennig; and his brother Wilbert William Hennig, Jr. (Billy). He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Garrett Jr. of Dallas, TX and Mathew (Laurie); his grandsons, Blake and Bryson of Boerne; and his siblings, Gayle Hennig of California and James Hennig (Jim) of Helotes, TX..
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations made out to St. Jude Children's research hospital in Gary's name.
