He is survived by: his wife Donna Ray Bergmann Moreau of Bandera; his children, Rodney Dale Moreau Storms of Spring, Texas, Michelle Leigh Bybee (Moreau) of Round Rock and Jennifer Ferris (Moreau) of San Antonio; and his grandsons, Michael Anthony Moreau Storms, Dustin Lee Moreau Storms and Braden Hajek. He is also survived by great grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
