With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Diane Hortensia Schultz Kiesel of Boerne, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Diane Hortensia Schultz left this world on November 21, 2024 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Karl Schultz and Frieda Alma Winkler Schultz; her husband John Michael Kiesel, Sr.; and her son John "Mike" Kiesel, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda (James "Rick" Self) and Stephanie (Juan Castillo); her grandchildren, Josh Self (Amy Pratt), Kyle Self (Candace), Jeremy Kiesel, Jennifer Kiesel (Michael Ely), Thomas Hildebrand (Aimee) and Taylor Castillo; and her great grandchildren, Justus, Cullen, Cambria Self, Ash Kiesel, Chelsea, Jacob and James Hildebrand.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Concordia Lutheran Church (16801 Huebner Rd, San Antonio, TX 78258).
Memorials may be made in Diane's memory to Concordia Lutheran Church or to the charity of your choice.
