We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2022, at the age of 90, David Winthrop Colton Jr. of Boerne, Texas, born in Sunbury, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Winthrop and May Belle Colton (Smith); his daughters, Lynn Colton Hyvonen (Chris) of Boerne and Darleen Colton Carstarphen (Ed) of Houston; his wife Dee; his grandchildren, Cole Hyvonen (Amber), Alec Hyvonen (Casey), Lucy Carstarphen McCart (Mike) and Desi Djikema (Jeroen); his sister Betty Jane Wislar of Austell, GA; his siblings-in-law, Darleen and Bill Welty of Greensboro, GA; and his pet Tessa. He was also cherished by eight nieces.
