He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Synatzske and Billye Synatzske; his uncle Ray Sell; his nephew Jason Heitman; his niece Kristin McKittrick; and his son-in-law Justin Lynch.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Heitman of Boerne; his children, Stacey (Gary Kanak) of New Braunfels, Brian (Cara Synatzske) of Celina and Kimberly (Travis Hanebrink) of Paducah, KY; his grandchildren, Logan Kanak, Berkley, Brodie Synatzske, Joseph, Daniel Hanebrink and Britton Synatzske; his aunt Elaine Sell; his siblings, Linda Kunz and Jerry; his sister-in-law Carol Heitman; and his nieces, Jennifer Rodriguez and Abbye Kunz.
