She was predeceased by: her parents, Kent Harper and Fleda Harper; her sons, Michael (Diane), Steven (Lilliana) and Mark (Paula); and her sister Kay McGinnis.
She is survived by: her significant other James E. Northcutt. She is also survived by aunt to her nieces.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Charlotte's name to either St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Wounded Warriors Project.
