Bell (Phillip W. Bell) of Boerne, TX and April L. Alexander of Marion, TX; and his brother Britten E. Alexander, Jr. of Oxford, PA. He is also survived by 3 children and 9 grandchildren, her 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
