She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ben and Velma James; and her father Alvin J. Dean. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Burk; her mother Francis Dean Marshall of Corpus Christi, Texas.; her sister Becky Cassels; her children, Brannon Slusher (Jennifer) and Lori Genzer (Brad); and her grandchildren, Camden Genzer, Allison Malone (Chris), Brayden Genzer, Mason Cass (Leslie), Weston Juelg, Brittanny Briley (Tyler) and Caitlyn Pinsoneault (Gus). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church of Boerne (205 James St, Boerne, TX 78006). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
