She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Leo Haynes and Fern A. Breckel Haynes; and her sister Jean Haynes Behne. She is survived by: her son Dean; her brother Howard Homer Haynes; her son Scott Shults (Sarah); her grandson Alex; her son Gary Shults (Susan); her grandchildren, Natalie, Cameron, Marissa and Dean Shults (Tammie Jo); and her great grandchildren, Sydney and Marshall. She is also survived by four great grand children and numerous nieces and nephews.
