She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde E. Cushman and Dorothy Cushman (Wester). She is survived by: her children, Varinia Green, Adrian Polk (Shawn) and Mary Lou Hernandez. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; as well as a multitude of other relatives and friends.
