As Jerry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jerry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee and Thelma Irene Weast. He is survived by: his brother Brian Weast (Cyndi) of Rockwall; his children, Brent Weast (Stephanie Weast) of Haltom City, Emily Harvey (Johnny) of Cleburne and Courtney Hoover of Haltom City; his grandchildren, Samuel Weast of Haltom City, Emma and Avery Harvey of Cleburne; and his nephews, Jacob and Connor Weast of Rockwall.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home (511 W Main St, Waxahachie, TX 75165). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Forreston Cemetery (511 W Main St, Waxahachie, TX 75165).
