He is survived by: his wife Joyce York of Blum; his son Curtis York, Jr.; his wife Tonya Marie of Joshua; his daughters, Debra Hawkins of Trenton and Gloria York of Glen Rose; his grandchildren, Christi White (Bryant), Daniel York, Charlie McKinney, Harley McKinney, Karen Currie (Wayne) and Noah Cradduck; his brother Donald York (Margaret) of Cleburne; and also Curt Eugene York (Bart Taylor) of College Station. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and additional loving family and friends.
