She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clarence and Minnie Geneva Ellis Borden; and her siblings, James Douglas Borden, Billie Cox and Gladys Judkins.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Carmichall; her children, Brett Carmichall (Letha) and Brenda Smithwick (Lee); her grandchildren, Megan Carrell (Austin), John Michael Smithwick and Lauren Smithwick; her great grandchildren, Addilyn Carrell and Larry Deacon Carrell; and her sister Linda Cooper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other family members and friends.
