He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Jares Polasek and Joseph R. Polasek Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Polasek of Blue Ridge; his stepson Michael Pierson (Nicole) of Burleson; his brother Joe Polasek III (Missy) of Boerne; his nephew Jared; his brothers-in-law, Deryl Baker (Betty) of Slidell, LA and Leland Tucker (Betty) of Denver City; and his grandchildren, Colin and Cara Pierson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Limited capacity, facial masks, and social distancing are encouraged at all services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
