She is survived by: her husband Larry William Shaffer; her children, Lyn Rochelle Helsley (Greg) of Bentonville, AR, Michael William Shaffer (Joelle) of Raymore, MO and Phillip Perry Shaffer of Blue Ridge, TX; her grandchildren, Kristin Tanksley (Adam), Austin Brooke Cirincione (Kamren), Robert Jacob Helsley (Angela), Kimberly Rae Farek (Troy), Blake William Shaffer, Korbin Michael Shaffer, Kapen Joel Shaffer and Devin James Johnson; her great grandchildren, Arabella Molina, Teyla Farek, Augustus Tanksley and Damien William Shaffer; and her siblings, Lynda Crane (Robert), Barabara Sue Shafer, Karen Kennedy, James Kennedy (Sally) and Roger Kennedy (Mary).
