He was predeceased by: his parents, Norine Bagwill and Elmer Bagwill; and his siblings, Robert, Paul, Pauline, Shirley and Geraldine.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bagwill; his children, DeneseRamos (Mario) of Farmersville, Annette Ochoa (JR) of Anna, Glenn Bagwill (Samantha) of Farmersville, Tammy Migliazza (Mark) of Sanger and Penny Riddle (Rick) of Trenton; and his brother Rev. James Williams (Tommie) of Colorado City. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a father.
