Cathy Denton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy Denton of Blue Ridge, Texas, born in Bonham, Texas, who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carolyn Denton and Joe Denton; and her husband Jimmie Taylor. She is survived by: her sisters, Jane Denton Jones (Rick) of Cypress, TX and Jody Denton Cooper (Paul) of Dallas; her nieces and nephews, Abigail Jones of Houston, Allison Kendall Weaver (John) of Houston, Denton Muse (Haley) of Sunnyvale and Ben Muse of Addison; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Margot, Malcolm Weaver, Collins Muse and Miles Jones.
Due to the continued corona virus environment, the family will have an outdoor memorial and interment at Willow Wild Cemetery, 1220 W. 7th Street, Bonham, Texas on Saturday, July 30 at 1:00pm, where Cathy will be laid to rest by her parents.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to one of the following charities, 'Chloe's Pet Rescue', as many of their rescued dogs perished in the accident.
